These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications, software platforms and related services offered under the 1DigitalStack brand by EGrowth Technologies LLP and its parent company, Inovedge Commerce Pte. Ltd. (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. The Services are intended for authorized business users only and may not be used for any unlawful, misleading or unauthorized purpose.
Access to the 1DigitalStack mobile application is provided only to authorized users of organizations using 1DigitalStack services. Creation, provisioning, modification and termination of user accounts are managed separately through the applicable organization or 1DigitalStack administration process.
All content, software, technology, trademarks, logos and materials made available through the Services are the property of Inovedge Commerce Pte. Ltd., EGrowth Technologies LLP or their licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No right, title or interest in the Services is transferred to you, and no part of the Services may be copied, reproduced, distributed or reverse-engineered without prior written consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activity carried out under your account. You agree to use the Services only for lawful business purposes, to provide accurate information, and not to interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems.
Information accessed through the Services, including commercial, pricing and performance data relating to your organization or its partners, may be confidential. You agree to use such information solely for authorized business purposes and not to disclose it to any third party except as permitted by your organization's agreement with us.
We aim to keep the Services available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Services may be modified, suspended or discontinued, in whole or in part, at any time, including for maintenance, security or operational reasons.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inovedge Commerce Pte. Ltd. and EGrowth Technologies LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
The Services may contain links to, or integrate with, third-party websites, marketplaces and services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of any third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
