Juices on Quick Commerce | Summer 2026

Quick commerce juice sales are projected to hit ~₹188 Cr across Blinkit, Swiggy, and Zepto this summer, a 1.5x jump versus Summer 2025. Real and Paper Boat hold ~45% combined share, but challengers like Mogu Mogu, Moi Soi, and Pluckk are closing the gap fast through single-serve formats and aggressive paid visibility. Tier 2/3 cities now contribute 38% of juice GMV, up 9 pp from Q2 2025. Mango leads flavour demand at 32.2% this April, while Cranberry has broken into the top 10 SKUs for the first time with three SKUs across Real and Dabur.
